We offer a 30 days money back guarantee on all hosting plans : if in the unlikely event you don't receive access to all hosting features for your hosting plan as stated on our site within the first 48 hours after the completion of your order & payment, contact us to have the feature promptly setup (some features may require this, such as Dedicated IP) or, if you don't get access to those features within 48 hours after contacting us, you should receive a full refund within the first 30 dayss.
If so, please contact us to arrange prompt rectification of the issue or a refund if required.
Cancelling Hosting Plans & Refund Policy :
You can cancel your hosting plan at any time prior to the next billing period by contacting us. Please note that a billing period already paid for will not be partially refunded (the hosting account will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation), subject to this refund policy and applicable laws. If you pre-paid for multiple billing periods in advance, the remaining portion for unused billing periods will be refunded upon cancellation.
In the event you would like to cancel your hosting plan or request a refund/exchange under our refund policy, please contact us. Upon cancellation, we will send you a cancellation confirmation email. Please do not consider your hosting account cancelled until you receive this email.
Refund Policy Regarding Domain Names :
Subject to this refund policy and applicable law, no refunds or changes will be given on domain name registrations/transfers/renewals. This is due to the non-refundable registry costs incurred by us at the time of processing your order. It is important that you check the spelling of the domain name you wish to register on the registration form as we are unable to give refunds even if you misspell the domain name you wish to register.
Refund Policy Regarding Web Design Service :
As a web design services provider & professional, we assure you to develop accurate design, perfect performance in schedule time frame . We should go with your instruction/advice & we wont feel tried and success until you feel good with us. If you are not feel good, we encourage you to contact us and we will promptly try to rectify the issue to your complete satisfaction under the requirement and price, what we both fixed & finalize before confirmed the job. we do not normally give refunds on web design services already payed for if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
But if we fail to complete project in schedule time, we may consider upto 10% less from the actual price we fixed or negotiated. Again, if we fail to complete project within 30 days after schedule time, we should refund full of amount you paid for the related web design job. Upon your claim, we should refund or adjust the less amount(if applicable).
NOTE: NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF ANY OF OUR POLICY HAS BEEN VIOLATED!
